Nova Vita’s youth services provide trauma-informed counselling and support for youth between the ages of 13 to 18. These services include:

Additional Groups

Below is a list of additional groups available. Intake is ongoing and available all-year long:

Understanding & Transforming Anger: Understanding and Transforming Anger is a supportive group for men* who want to better understand their anger and take responsibility for how it affects their relationships. The group focuses on helping men recognize what fuels their anger, learn practical ways to manage strong emotions, and build skills for healthier communication and coping. Caring Dads Support Group: Caring Dads is a 17-week group program for fathers and male* caregivers who want to build safer, healthier, and more positive relationships with their children and their children’s mother. The group provides supportive space for men to reflect on their parenting, understand the impact of their actions, and develop practical skills to strengthen trust, emotional safety, and connection within their families. Sherwood Office

Our Challenge to Change satellite office provides trauma-informed counselling for men (16+) who have experienced abuse or who have caused harm in their relationships. Services are available by appointment and include individual counselling, group counselling and more.
