A supportive space to learn, grow, and build healthier relationships.
Building Healthy Relationships is an 8-week voluntary group for men* who want to better understand their relationship patterns and make meaningful changes in how they communicate and respond to others. This group explores the foundations of healthy relationships, including communication, boundaries, accountability, and respect. Participants are supported in building self-awareness, strengthening responsibility, and developing practical tools for healthier, non-harmful relationships.
Participants will have opportunities to:
- Reflect on patterns that affect connection, trust, and respect in relationships
- Build awareness of how thoughts, emotions, and beliefs influence behaviour
- Recognize healthy and unhealthy relationship dynamics
- Strengthen communication, boundary-setting, and emotional regulation skills
- Better understand the impact of behaviour on others
- Develop greater accountability and support lasting positive change
Note: This group is designed to complement other accountability-based supports and does not replace programs such as Partner Assault Response (PAR).
Groups run continually all year long. For more information or to register, please contact:
