Our Self-Awareness & Finding Empowerment in Relationships (SAFER) group helps young women (ages 16-24) to gain a better understanding of themselves, learn about abuse and coercive control, and understand the building blocks of healthy relationships. Feel supported and connected with other women who share your experiences.

- How to support someone in an abusive relationships
- Healthy relationships
- Self-care
- Building positive self-esteem
- Safety planning and more
