What do you do for your mental health?
Art can be a powerful tool to promote and have a positive impact on our mental health. What activities do you do to support your mental health? Is it a favourite hobby, a family activity, mindfulness exercises? Show us through art! Art can take on many forms, so get creative and express yourself through any medium you choose; paintings, drawings, photography, videography, graphic design, poetry, etc.
Take a photo of your masterpiece and submit to email@example.com by Thursday May 5th at 4PM with your name. To celebrate BHN Mental Health Week, we will post all submissions in a gallery on our website and social media pages. We will post credit (title of piece, first name, and last name initial) with each submission, or participants can choose to remain anonymous (please indicate in the email submission). Participants will be entered into a draw to win one of several Nova Vita prize packages. Winners to be announced on Friday May 6th and must be able to pick-up prize locally.
