Services are now available by appointment in-person at our Sherwood Office (125 Sherwood Drive, Upper Unit 38).

Services for Youth

Nova Vita’s youth services provide trauma-informed counselling and support for youth between the ages of 13 to 18. These services include:

Supportive counselling
Safety planning
Mentorship
Positive role modelling
Information and resources on:
- Dating violence
- Anti-human trafficking
- Healthy relationships
Referrals to community supports
Resources for cultural and diverse needs
Presentations in schools

Sherwood Office

Our Challenge to Change satellite office provides trauma-informed counselling for men (16+) who have experienced abuse or who have caused harm in their relationships. Services are available by appointment and include individual counselling, group counselling and more.
