Housing & Outreach Support
You don’t need to live in a shelter to get help. Our Transitional Support Workers (TSW’s) provide outreach support services to women* (16+) who are transitioning from an abusive relationship to safe, affordable housing with wrap-around supports.
Outreach Support
Our Transitional Support Workers (TSW’s) will work with you to create an individualized transitional plan and offer the following services:
- Safety planning
- Trauma-informed support
- Harm-reduction support
- Assistance with finding housing
- Information and resources
- Assistance with completing forms and documents
- Referrals to community supports
- Resources for cultural and diverse needs
- Court support, information and accompaniments
- Accompaniment to appointments in the community
- Advocacy and system navigation
- Home visits and follow-up
- Anti-human trafficking resources and support
Specialized Transitional Support Workers (TSW’s) are available. Specializations include Rural Outreach Support Worker, Multicultural Community Outreach Support Worker, and Anti-Human Trafficking Outreach Worker. Please inquire at intake if you are interested in being supported by a specialized TSW.

Second Stage Transitional Housing
