Our Anti-Human Trafficking Transitional Support Worker offers trauma-informed, harm reduction, and intensive wrap-around support to survivors of human trafficking and those who are at risk of human trafficking. They provide assistance finding safe shelter, applying for housing, accessing counselling, with referrals and advocacy with other community resources, acquiring replacement identification, with navigation and accompaniment for legal support (Legal Aid, court, police reporting, etc), and for other supports depending on the unique needs of each individual. They offer check-ins, emotional support, and safety planning.
